We go for a hike during the Super Bowl. This was our last hike at the Cooper Mountain Nature Park before we moved in March.
The drive from Tillamook is very beautiful along Highway 6. This is just as you leave the cow pastures and head into the Coast Range.

Amity and I went to the beach and explored. There were very low tides and the sea stars were really cool to see and touch. Amity loves going to the Ocean.
We found a really cool flag painted by the local Boy Scouts in the park near our house.
Amity and I discovered some really big ice cream treats at the Farmer's Market.
Our friends moved to Ashland at the same time we moved to Forest Grove. We spent the weekend with them and had a great time catching up.
We went to McMinnville to watch the total solar eclipse. It was one of the most incredible things I have ever experienced in my life. I hope it was as powerful for Elliot and Amity.
Amity and Beazy are great friends and their silliness is infectious.
We live much closer to our favorite pumpkin patch now. :)
Anna and I snuck off to New York to surprise a close friend for her birthday. It was so much fun.
We went to Montana for the week after Christmas. This is my goofy grandma.
